Premarital agreements or "Prenuptial" agreements are agreements between the potential spouses to determine the disposition of property and debts in the event of a divorce. In Texas, divorce cases are sent to mediation before being set for trial, unless other circumstances exist that will not permit mediation and is approved by the courts.

MODIFICATION OF CHILD SUPPORT AND DIVORCE DECREE

CONTEMPT

If you have received a notice from the court  stating that you are in contempt of court in Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria or Galveston County, due to child support arrears, do not ignore the court summons and do not delay in speaking with an attorney for guidance.
